How we treat it

Cavenagh provides direct access to over 2000 qualified, experienced and security-cleared Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Clinical Hypnotherapists and Counsellors around the UK, many of whom specialise in addictions and disorders diagnosis and treatment.

Our specialists provide the time and space for people to talk about their issues in an environment that is relaxing, confidential and free from intrusion. They respect the individual’s experience, and use this to help them to effectively deal with specific problems, cope with crises, improve their relationships and develop an overall healthier, happier and more productive lifestyle.

A typical course of treatment would be 10 to 12 one-to-one sessions (45 - 60 minute each) over a 3 to 4 month period. Some cases will require longer courses, or indeed follow-up sessions. These courses and support systems will enable the individual to manage their addictions and disorders and focus on their present and future life.
